Good news!
Today we found out we are officially accepted into our agencies African American Infants program. This means we are an inch further down the miles long road to adoption- but it is forward movement!! Next steps- filling out lots of applications for the agencies we are working with. Guess the rest of my summer/ early fall is going to be busy with lots of paperwork.
Oh, and it looks like good old Homeland Security will now be making things more complex for those of us in multiple year long programs (China). www.rumorqueen.com Hey gang- thanks for that!

My wife and I have adopted six of our seven children. Our first born is mixed African-American/Caucasian, our 7th is African-American/Cambodian, both born in the US.
We also have an adopted daughter from Micronesia, and another daughter with Downs who is adopted.
Our oldest is 28 this year.
